The product is satisfactory.The delivery was timely.Unfortunately, this product is slightly undersized for my needs.Apparently, the 16x25x4 filter that I have bought in the past signifies the actual dimensions instead of just a designation based on rounded-off dimensions as is the case for this product (15.5 x 24.5 x 3.63").I used some folded up cardboard to fill in the 1/2" gap below the filter.Hopefully the 1/2" gap on the end and .37" thickness discrepancy do not affect the filtering performance by allowing bypass flow.
