Window Guard (small) Review

I bought 2 of these for my home in the Atlanta area. I have a whole house fan, but the pollen is so heavy in the spring and fall that we almost never use it.

Prior to purchasing these, I was using a combination of furnace filters and cardboard in 2 unobtrusive windows. Itworked as a temporary solution, but I had to be very careful about the weather.

These new filters adjusted and installed easily and they definitely keep the pollen out. Unfortunately, they don't allow much air to pass through either.

I think that to be successful when using them with an attic fan, you need more than 2. I think it would take 6 to be effective for me and I don't want to spend that much money on them.
